Jacob Sampson Can’t say enough good things about Sebastian. His customer service is impeccable. He is welcoming and thorough. He has a large variety of beautiful pieces on display and he was able to make a custom ring, offering CAD renderings before purchase. Pictured are our wedding bands.

Dulce Martinez Today Miss Justin was super helpful and patient. She listen to what you’re looking for and has great customer service. Also, Miss Eli was kind enough to assist in anything further needed. The manager Mrs. Rose is so wonderful and warm hearted. I’ve been several times before and I will likely come again. Great staff and the best customer service.

Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.
