Especially after Sharon and Renae assisted me with my purchase. These 5 stars are for the both of them. They were very kind and showed a very Loving spirit within the team. They definitely made it easy to choose my items.

Yonus Ahmad I went in here looking to get my ring sized, 30 minutes later I walked out with the Rolex. I couldn’t find anywhere else in the bay area for thousands less than what the dealers wanted in LA. Lesson learned, don’t ever underestimate the small guys, this place has new stuff every time I walk in there. Safety being a priority to me Is another reason why I chose this place, there’s a cop in the parking lot during business hours and there’s a highway patrol substation around the corner.

Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Haide K. Marquez My boyfriend bought me a K necklace from here. We were debating what jewelry shop to buy from. The nice gentleman working was very patient with us. He offered me different size chains when the necklace I liked was to short for my liking. I can definitely say his amazing customer service is what made us choose to buy my necklace here, even though we spent a little more then we were planning on. However it was definitely worth it!

andrea garcia I stopped by Sueño Jewelry Studio to get one of my stones replaced from my ring. Emmanuel was able to repair my ring and also cleaned it up that same day. I haven’t seen my ring this clean in over 5 years, looks brand new! Left very satisfied and definitely coming back! Highly recommend!!

Taco Boomin First off frank and his assistants are all very friendly and professional. We came to him off a recommendation. I had an idea that I envisioned for my wedding band, one that I had not seen anywhere online or in stores. He brought this ring to life for us and I couldnt be happier. Frank recommended a comfort fit as well, so even being 11mm wide, its perfect for everyday wear if I choose. We were so happy with it, my fiance picked out a flat gold wedding band to match. They resized, polished and engraved them both in shop. Safe to say we found our new jeweler for life.
