Betty Von Werlhof I needed to have a valuable family heirloom ring sized, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Zivarri Jewels. I was uncomfortable being without the ring for an extended period of time, so Kelly offered to do the sizing by appointment, and was done in less than two hours! She is so knowledgeable and professional, and clearly enjoys her work. I highly recommend Zavarri Jewels!

Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Alondra Avila Special shout out to Ed Melen!! Hes trully the sweetest and kindest! He did not pressure to buy anything and instead took the time to get to know us and our wants! (which is sooo relieving considering the fact that jewelry stores usually pressure you into buying shiny things) They really take the time to show you things your interested in, answer ALL questions, see your options and more. We ended up buying some beatiful earrings with a great warranty. I definitely recommend this place.

Peter Xaymountry My wife wanted to stop by this store while we were at the Orange outlet. Her first time visiting Lovisa was at Northridge mall so she was familiar with their stuff. When we stop by today, they were not busy for a Saturday afternoon. My wife was basically looking at their hair clips which she found some that she like and they were on sale too. The place isnt that big but they have a lot of stuff at low prices and even some deals to make them cheaper too.

Andres Lopez Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Joshua Berglund Great experience buying an engagement ring from Nerces Fine Jewelry. Brought in a picture of a ring that I liked, and they custom made it with all the alterations I wanted. The price was more than fair for everything I wanted. They even resized it when it came in a month later and said it was too tight. Great family business that will work with you to find what you want. Would definitely use them again for any jewelry in the future. Excellent customer service.
