Jacob Lavoie Highly recommended! The first time we came in was to have a ring that we got from California Numismatic Funding off East Vista Wy. resized (from a 12 to a 7 or 8), cleaned and polished for the big day. John advised us about the condition of the ring and the mounts that the stones were in, we opted to just have it resized, cleaned & polished. Flash forward a bit and one of the stones fell out (our fault NOT Johns) so my wife stopped wearing it till we could afford to get it fixed. Flash forward to a couple weeks ago. We bring the ring in and ask John what we can do to have it fixed and change the center stone. He recommended that the matching stone that hadnt fallen out be replaced with a new one and same for the the one that had. He gave us options for the center, we settled on a sapphire CZ (my wife and I dont like diamonds). This time John fixed the two side stones mounts and the middle stones mounts, a cleaning & polish. The ring is now absolutely beautiful and my wife and I love it.

Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Danielle Duncan Nice, professional, and welcoming . Efficient and fast . Great place for not only repairs but anything gold related. They also have a sign that reads "we buy coins" in a shopping center with different food options if your hungry. I love people who love what they do and treat their customers fairly. I have brought multiple pieces of jewelry for repair and am never under satisfied. Their prices have been very fair and under asking prices of other repair shops. Still providing top notch work .

Jay Oshiro I love this place. The sections are well labeled but those who understand can see the overlap of products. There are great gifts for the people that are special in your life I love the items that empower. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also the store is very large. This equates to a large selection of unique items. I purchased a really cool item that I can focus on and relax. Please see attached. Imagine just watching the globe rotate and listening to your favorite music. This is a great way to ground yourself by dreaming of being on the moon. I forgot to mention the globe is rotating without any visible means of electricity. How cool is that!

Anthony Mcdavid Prices are great!!! i just went and she was patient with me.. i was real picky lol .. i put a 5mm franco chain on layaway and the price was amazing .. i spent almost double for my current one .. I’d highly recommend you going to see her !! All they need is a website and they’d kill the game with their prices
