Lisa Loh I have an old automatic watch that runs fast and has a broken clasp that needs fixing/overhauled. Dan, in consultation with the watch maker, provided an estimate which was more expensive than what I could afford; more than buying a new watch. Alas, watch-making is a dying art and requires special skill so the cost is understandable. Appreciated Dans knowledge, patience and friendliness and will definitely return for other watch-related needs.

Andrew Garner I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.
