Thank you Zak for taking such great care of my antique wedding set. You breathed it back to life. We couldn’t be happier! Stop in this great shop that is full of unique treasures. Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense. Melissa Baker The experience was great. She was super patient and sweet. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, but the jewlery is not great. My friend and I got matching anklets and they are turning our skin black. With the price (150 plus a tip), and the fact supposed to last a very long time, its not favorable having a black ring around your skin every day. I would spend a little more and go with somewhere that offers actual gold/silver chains.

Sabrina Richter I loved spending time in this unique shop! Stepping into the space, I was instantly relaxed with the light scent of incense and the thoughtful displays. The jewelry and art was very original, and the owner was sweet and fun to talk to. It was cool watching her work on a new piece of art and I ended up buying some beautiful earrings for a new friend, and a playful necklace for myself.
