Melissa Baker The experience was great. She was super patient and sweet. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, but the jewlery is not great. My friend and I got matching anklets and they are turning our skin black. With the price (150 plus a tip), and the fact supposed to last a very long time, its not favorable having a black ring around your skin every day. I would spend a little more and go with somewhere that offers actual gold/silver chains.

Celeste Javier, the manager, was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service by assisting with an exchange. Daniela and Katherine were extremely helpful and patient while helping my mom and I pick out new charms and bracelets. A pleasant customer service experience overall!

Jennifer I had our grandfathers watch repaired here last week, a great job for a good price. And what a lovely couple! We chatted with them for a while and enjoyed the family pictures on the wall. Glad that we met them in our own downtown Oroville, highly recommend.
