The staff at Araeity were pleasant and helpful, providing patrons with a personalized experience once you step into their store. I browsed their shelves admiring the beautiful hand-crafted jewelry and a pair of intricate wire earrings from Peter James Jewelers based in San Rafael, CA. I was immediately drawn to the design that reminded me of infinity symbols, bows, and cascading waterfalls, and decided to purchase the pair of earrings as a little gift to myself. During checkout the staff members made sure to personalize the experience and asked if I had a favorite color - when I replied with blue, she carefully selected a light blue gift box and carefully nestled my new earrings in there. Tam Do Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online.
