5 /5 Tam Do: Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online. So, if you have a unique idea and want it done correctly, this is a solid place to go. Highly recommend. custom-made.

5 /5 Sherry Shang: This review is long overdue, but thank you so much to the South Coast Jeweler team for helping my husband and I the perfect rings for our engagement and wedding! We stopped by randomly while we were in town one afternoon last August and Tom was there to help us with everything. That was the first time we ever went ring shopping and Tom was super knowledgeable and hilarious! We went to a couple of other places after and they confirmed everything that Tom recommended about sizing, settings, etc. I absolutely love my engagement ring and we went back here to get our wedding bands as well. Jenny was also super helpful and patient since I was very indecisive. We ended up planning a wedding pretty last minute, but South Coast Jeweler was able to get my wedding band done with plenty of time to spare. Anytime we are in town, we stop by for a cleaning and my rings are always so clean and sparkly each time. I feel so bad I forgot the other gentlemans name at the store, but he is so kind and helpful each time as well! Thank you so much to everyone at South Coast Jeweler! 5 /5 Gregory Doud: They had a wonderful selection of wedding and engagement rings. We found exactly what we wanted and were given a date of when it would be made and ready to be picked up. This was during the holidays, between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a busy time. I asked if they could rush it so I could have the ring to propose during our Hawaiian vacation. They were magnificent and delivered it early. I highly recommend South Coast Jewelers.

Buying diamonds is not something most people do often or know a lot about and there is generally a concern of where to go and how to know what is good My expierence here was amazing start to finish. Working with Karen she was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, easy going, honest and provided some details we did not know that allowed us to make the perfect ring choice for us. Regarding the diamond, Tom the owner, was about as honest, knowledgeable, easy going, no pressure and up front as possible could be. He gave me an amazing deal, helped me pick a better stone type and characteristics, and overall was well beyond what I could have hoped for let alone expected when shopping for a diamond. Never felt any pressure and only expierenced feeling of 100% honestly and openness. I will never shop anywhere else, I am a customer for life. Thank you Tom and Karen, we both truly appreciate everything you did.
