Ben Jones There’s nowhere else in San Francisco I would go to get jewelry. Pieces are beautiful, unique, and extremely high quality—usually handmade (I think either in house or by local artists). On top of that, the staff are incredible. Not only clearly experts in their craft and super professional, they are the nicest people you could hope to meet. I found out about Fiat Lux by walking in with my dog, and they were super nice to her, and always have treats! She now loves her visits to Fiat Lux, and I’ve already had piercings there (a painless and comfortable experience) and consider them my go-to place for jewelry. Cannot recommend them enough!

Their employee Maddie is the absolute best, she helped us out every single time we stopped back in throughout our trip! MorAlev I had my first Cartier costumer experience last month. I wanted to have Love series jewelry but didn’t know if they suited me. We just walked in to the shop because my husband wanted to surprise me! And Alex welcomed us with such a gentle manner. Because of him we experienced a magical Cartier style experience, it was very special.. So we ended up buying the Love series ring, earrings and a bracelet. Few days later I decided I might try a bigger size bracelet because I wasn’t sure about the size. Alex again called us immediately to the shop and had me try the bigger size, but I ended up keeping the one I bought. Also bought a love necklace, while I have the other pieces of the series. I am grateful to Alex Esquivel who made our shopping experience so memorable with his gestures and kindness and knowledge. I LOVE them…

I have purchased several pieces of fine jewelry from Premier for over a decade... bracelets and rings. I purchased a beautiful ruby & diamond ring that my granddaughter has chosen for her engagement ring, the ruby platinum bracelet will be her wedding gift. I learned through trial and error that substantial purchases I made at a reputable jewelry chain store on a 3 carat platinum ring and 3 carat earrings ~ 1 1/2 carat each (all GIA certified) were overpriced as I didnt understand the factors that a diamond holds its value on, i.e. clarity vs. cut. This experience taught me to purchase jewelry from a Certified Gemologist such as Brook. The owners of Premier Fine Jewelry, Brook and Lisa, are exceptional. They are price competitive, have an diverse selection of jewelry and price ranges & truly professionals. If you dont find the design of what you want Brook will make it for you as he did for me. As said, Im a competitive shopper ~ money came through hard work & i want my jewelry to hold its value and be handed down through generations. In the past, it was easy to go to a Costco or jewelry chain stores. My experience tells me now when purchasing fine jewelry, make sure I purchase from from a reputable Certified Gemologist NOT a reputable chain store who has no Gemologist. I also prefer going to a family owned business rather than a warehouse or chain stores ~ my husband and I believe a 3 hour one way trip is well worth it. I highly recommend purchasing your fine jewelry from Premier Fine Jewelers ~ Brook and Lisa.
