Gianna Favelo brought in my gold anklet that broke and my gold chain, showed them to him and he quoted me $40, INSANELY great price, said i needed it ready that day and it was ready an hour and a half later. He is a nice man and my jewelry looks good as new! like it never even broke. The only thing id like to mention is he does not take apple pay! Such a great shop :) Highly recommend.

jose Rodriguez The level of professionalism is unmatched. All the employees had a smile on their faces and looked happy to be there. This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.

Georgia helped me, and she is so sweet and welcoming. I feel so lucky that I live by one of the Broken English boutiques! I’ve followed the brand on Instagram for a few years and was so excited to visit an in-person store when I discovered it was near me in LA!!

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness. In the end, we walked away with rings we both love.
