I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! 5 /5 Luke Wills: David and Amanda were fantastic to work with! They made an engagement ring and wedding band based on my wifes vision, and it was exactly what she wanted. Their attention to detail was on point, not to mention the customer-service which was bar none. Wifes fingers are very small, she needed some resizings done, and GSG always got the rings back to us quickly. She also decided to get the rings soldered after trying them separate for a while; again, GSG did the work really quickly and it turned out great. Overall cannot recommend this professional, intimate, family-owned local business enough! They will take great care of you and deliver a high-quality product.

And they have made three generations of wedding and engagement rings for us. Their workmanship is superb and their care for ones jewelry, such as having stones securely set, is exceptional. Not only that, they are a wonderful family business.

5 /5 alé: I wanted to resize one of my rings and visited two jewelry stores before them, each time the estimated price was very high. When I went to this store the woman who greeted me spent the time and effort to figure out exactly what my needs were. Then she laid out all my different options and when we agreed on a method she was the one who went to the back and resized the ring herself. Not to mention the cost was a fraction of what the other shops were estimating . The service and quality of this shop is unmatched in SLO. I cannot believe I was so lucky to stumble upon this shop today. If the opportunity arises I will return here for future business. Thank you!

They later designed and built a custom ring for me that is more than I ever expected. Its beautiful! Their continued support and kindness is more than anyone can ask for in a jeweler.
