My engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, are all from Mark Allen and we truly couldn’t be happier! We would recommend this store 11/10 times! Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

I came in with my mom to resize her ring, and Khai was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He treated her with such care, guiding her through the process and making sure everything was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The prices are very affordable , especially considering the quality of his work. He also helped me fixing the lock on my bag, he just took care of it quickly and easily. His store has beautiful and unique pieces on display. Next time I’m looking for a ring, I’ll definitely go to Khai and work with him on a custom design. marissa wertheimer Love at first sight! Ever since Jeff and Bonnie opened Poet and the Bench Ive been smitten with everything they so carefully curate at their beautiful store. Theyve continued to expand the artists they showcase and always include unique designs in all price ranges. Ill go in to look for a gift and then see something I cant live without. My boyfriend gave me one of Jeffs pieces and I get compliments on it every time I wear it - which is almost every day. And now with their custom candles, tea and bath soaps, its quite irresistible!
