When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.

Hannah I was skeptical about purchasing a diamond tennis necklace online but i found Gem Jewelers. The pricing is very good and the quality is amazing. I had some questions prior to purchasing and was assisted by Jessica on the online chat feature. My tennis necklace came securely packaged and in beautiful packaging. It also came with an appraisal which is great for insurance purposes. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Gem Jewelers! The photos do not do its justice! It even sparkles in a dark room.

Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll.
