I went back to the store a little unsure of what to expect, but the customer service completely blew me away. The team was incredibly patient, caring, and respectful throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, never rushing me as I took my time exploring other options. They truly cared about helping me find the perfect match and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and I left the store feeling valued and very happy with my purchase. jacob otten This crystal store is so much more than just shiny rocks. The staff was filled with knowledge. They carry incense, books, posters, wall tapestries, and a giant array of crystals. They even have palm readings, tarot card readings, and I believe a spiritual medium was there. I cant say enough great things about this unique and fascinating shop, its no surprise they have been open since 1987. There is an ATM just inside the door for you if you find something you cant live without but didnt plan on buying. The giant amethyst is worth seeing even if your not into crystals. Easy 5 star on this one.
