Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience. They were the kindest of people & made our first/last experience of ring shopping memorable. We recommend others to shop there, they will take care of you like other high brand companies won’t. They even stay in contact with you after the purchase to make sure everything is still ok not only with the physical item bought but also with us as their customers & keep a constant relationship as a seller to buyer.
