The ladies inside are SOOOOO helpful (and FUN!), the selection is unparalleled and they have EVERYTHING you need to put that final "je ne sais quois" (sp?) on that awesome project youre working on. Im not kidding, go there and see for yourself! This is literally what I ADORE about Castro Valley, and the wonderful people in it. This place is TRULY a gem!

Mary Dudzinski I cannot recommend Charles Koll enough! We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams.
