Armando and Robin are so kind and patient. The process of picking out your forever ring can be so overwhelming but they both made me feel welcome and at ease. And according to my future fiancé they have the most comfortable chairs so he didn’t mind sitting there chatting with Armando for hours while I looked at rings. :-) I’m so thankful to have found Lozano’s. And I know I’m in good hands for all my future jewelry needs.

You can trust the quality of their products and you won’t be provided a “hard sell”. Armando made me a custom Cuban Gold Chain that I couldn’t be happier with. He also cleaned my girlfriend’s watch brilliantly and provided her an appraisal that was accepted by a jeweler insurer. We will be returning customers, if not to just say hello to two friendly people.

They helped me create an outstanding engagement ring for my then fiancé on a rather tight timeline. Robin helped me narrow down the style I was looking for and recommended setting the diamond a little lower for functionality which was great advice (my wife loves how its set). Armando didnt have the exact diamond I was looking for, although his selection was good. He was quick to have the perfect diamond shipped in and double-checked before finalizing. They completed the setting ahead of schedule - my expectations were definitely exceeded. Its been almost a year since my initial experience with them and Ive purchased a few more items already. I am always confident in sending clients, friends, and family members to their shop because they give nothing less than incredible service and straight forward guidance.
