After making several trips to multiple locations I happened to find Don Roberto’s on Niles had what I wanted but we still needed to get it customized. Liz was so friendly and patient with me and understood my vision. Liz allowed me to be creative with my customization and provided me her professional input when needed. She went over and beyond my expectations and made sure it was a one of a kind piece. I was very ecstatic when Liz called me to say she was able to put a rush on my last minute gift and it was ready to be picked up. I was not expecting that. She was so personable and made my experience a wonderful one! Her customer service skills are one of a kind. I became a loyal Don Roberto’s customer because of Liz. I will definitely return to the Niles location to see Liz to make all my purchases.
