Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

al d Used to come here with my mom as a kid, nowadays I stop by to measure my finger size after picking up a brew next door. The manager there has been working the store for over 30 years, very friendly and kind.

John Chambers What an awesome little store! It reminds me of old town santa barbara before the elite turned it into what it is today. This place has the biggest selection of trinkets, jewelry and earrings. My daughter and I could have spent the day in there just browsing. The prices are great as well. 3 bucks for a couple of nose rings! Cant beat that price with a stick! Go check it out you wont be disappointed.

Mello Moncrease Saint Andrews Jewelers is the absolute best jewelry store that you can go to. They are absolutely phenomenal.Brian is one of the best jewelers, if not the best,in northern California. I have 2 custom pieces from him. My wife has jewelry from him. My daughter has jewelry from him. I will not go anywhere else, Saint Andrew Jewelers. You cant go wrong. Top notch, they are the bugatti of jewelry.

Renee W Trinity, and all of the staff, are so amazing. Trinity is helping me curate jewelry for existing piercings. I’ve also added a conch and a stacked lobe piercing. I’m obsessed with their beautiful jewelry. Trinity is honest when asked her opinion about piercing location and appropriate jewelry. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I won’t be going anywhere else. My photos are blurry but you can still see the beautiful pieces!

Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.
