The repair was flawless, and the shine they brought back is insane. You’d never guess it was damaged before. The staff was super friendly and took great care of my piece. He asked to keep it for a few days to give it some thought and was able to find a solution. It belonged to my other and now I can wear it at my daughters wedding. Unfortunately the links wore out and she actually lost it twice. Joe told us if we had patience and left it with him he would find a solution. A few weeks later my wife had her bracelet back absolutely better than new with each link separately remade. Knowing gold work I can tell you this was no simple task as these are not simple links on this expensive bracelet. I recommend Joe highly not only for his high skill but because he just plain cares.
