1 /5 T MD: I brought a bracelet in to be repaired and was told by Mr. Pompous that Id be better off taking it elsewhere because the repair will be more than the bracelet is worth. Who says that to a customer? Im happy to spend my money elsewhere. By the way, all that the bracelet needs is for a jump ring to be sauntered. If you like to be treated rudely, this jeweler knows how to do that.
