5 /5 Theresa Kaatz: I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

1 /5 Damian Garcia: A simple watch band adjustment gone horribly wrong. I decided to bring my new watch here to get a link taken off my band and the watch was returned to me scratched. That’s not the worst part. I gave them the opportunity to fix it. When I came back the next day the watch was still scratched. The person who worked on my watch just looked at me and said “these things happen. Bring it back to tissot to fix it.” They took no accountability and had the nerve to be annoyed at me for asking how can we resolve this issue. The man told me there’s nothing they can do and ignored the rest of my questions. I left this place needing to fix a bigger issue with my watch. Edit: The fact they are lying in their reply to my review should be even more concerning. They absolutely damaged my watch. I returned within minutes after noticing the scratches. When I first brought my watch to them it was in the original tossot box. It wasn’t scratched when I bought it, trust me I checked. It was brand new. And I definitely didn’t put multiple scratches on it walking halfway down the block. Their reply really confirms everything I said in my review. Lacking accountability and insulting my integrity is the opposite of good customer service.

2 /5 Molly Nichols: A simple necklace repair went laughably poorly. Rather than add a clasp, as asked, Zee Continental secured the two sides of the necklace together with a circle ring attachment making the necklace not functional at all. The man sitting at the desk, behind the display, tried to make it seem like it was my problem that it was a job gone wrong.

5 /5 Savannah Climo: I went in literally the day before to get my Greats Pearls re-threaded- they informed me ofve the price(95$ very inexpensive) and that it may/may not take a fee weeks. It was finished in a day. Im so happy to be able to wear my Greats pearls again! It means alot to me and i can see the craftsmanship put out such great quality! It was broken originally at the seem ofve the clasp so theyre was no at home mending. I wish i grabbed a before pic, but ive attached the after ofve how it was fixed and the beautiful work! Appreciative of experienced/respectful jewelers here! Great customer service! Very friendly!

5 /5 Kaeleb Hanrahan: William was great in helping me find and purchase a new sterling silver bracelet. Although it took me some time to come back with other comittments, William remembered me and stayed in touch to make sure I got the bracelet I wanted. Love his humor too. Great team energy at Zee.
