LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

Maria Fernandez I was fortunate to be helped by Mac at Shane Co. Mac took the time to answer my questions about resetting my wedding rings. His compassionate, no-pressure approach was exactly what I needed for such an important decision. He patiently explained the options of using my existing diamond versus purchasing a new one, and lab diamond versus regular diamond, making sure I fully understood my choices. What impressed me most was Mac’s patience and professionalism. He never rushed me, even as I called my husband twice to talk through the different options. This was a significant purchase for me - after 34 years of marriage, updating my rings carried a lot of meaning. Mac made the entire process enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. Arnet Jonuelle Tuazon Cute little store in Walnut Creek that I discovered when my friend invited me to a Yelp event there. It was nice they partnered up with a local charity so part of the proceeds went to training therapy dogs. The jewelry is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and I got to make a custom necklace and one of the staff made it for me. The prices range from ~$50-$100+. This store is in a plaza so there is a parking garage nearby, the first couple hours I think are free.
