Nelson Rodriguez Shout out to Andrew for helping make this difficult process, for me at least, to choose a promise ring for my lovely girl friend. I am not a fan of buying jewelry. He has made this process easy for me and I do not feel ripped off or pressured like most jewelry stores. I tried shopping at my local stores and couldn’t find anything and also felt pressured. I found jewelry masters by accident but must be destiny cause I am very pleased with their business and customer service and helpfulness. For as long they are around I they shall have a customer. FYI I have no ideas where they are located and I’m in NY. This transaction has been completely online and over the phone. A very pleased customer.

peter cohen 32 years ago my wife, 7 months pregnant at the time came in to R. Zach looking for a wedding ring ( yes we were living in sin). She found a beautiful vintage ring and wanted to see if I would like it. Zach said take it home and show him- didn’t ask for any security or credit card. Since then we have been doing business there on special Occasions, holidays/ to buy jewelry, watches , guitars etc. They do even the smallest repairs as a service to their customers and stand behind their work. They used to have a T- shirt that said “ it’s like having an uncle in the jewelry business” I wish t- shirts lasted 32 years- I need another one.

jeffrey gilreath I like this place because the man really tries to make sure your happy . I also like the nice Cuban lady who works there. He worked with me on many deals I was trying to work out. I always ended up a happy customer. And the Cuban lady is really nice and she answers my many questions without getting upset. That’s what a lot of other places do. Also they don’t pressure you. A lot of places do that too.

sara ulloa Such a fun experience! We were able to take our time picking our pieces. All the staff was incredibly nice. Nicole helped us the most. From checking out to pick up. She was so nice and made our whole experience even better. She adjusted our necklaces many times and moved our charms around with no hesitation. I also found out her and I share the same birthday which was super fun! Definitely coming back to get more pieces, truly a fun experience. Thank you so much Nicole & staff!(:
