1 /5 Kepola: We were gifted a jersey from this store, but it was the wrong size so we were told by the staff that we could exchange it. Along with my newborn baby (not an easy task ) I brought the jersey (unused and in pristine condition, tags attached and still in the bag) back, but was then told that their exchange period was only 30 days (we were not told that by staff and its not printed on the receipt) and that we could not change sizes, even though the size we needed was hanging right on the wall next to me. I explained my situation, that it was hard for me as a mother with a brand new baby and my husband working 7 days a week, for us to get back there. I asked for their understanding, and flexibility, but they refused. I am so disappointed with this business! Now we have a $100+ jersey from them that we cannot wear all because this business was not willing to apply ethical business practice, especially for a brand new mother. We will not be recommending this business to anyone on my husbands soccer team or anyone at all for that matter. Instead we will be recommending other places that have longer exchange policies or are more understanding with customers. This business has lost our business and we do not plan to ever go back!
Also, the woman who I spoke with was very rude!
