5 /5 Pauline Cao: We loved our experience at Brilliant Earth. Sophia was extremely helpful and patient since I was so indecisive. We came back twice for me and twice for my husband since his ring wasn’t in the showroom the first time around. Wished we knew you could request styles before your appointment! Would have save us a trip. Sophia did make sure that all the rings I requested were there at my 2nd appointment. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Amalia Rolf: My boyfriend and I drove from Orange County to Brilliant Earth since I loved their rings online. We worked with Divia to try on engagement rings for the first time. She was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for! I was very nervous as Ive never really had any jewelry like this or done anything like this. She helped me feel comfortable and encouraged me to move around trying it on and holding it up in the mirror. She walked us through the process and how customizing the ring works. It really helped my boyfriend and I understand our price point and timeline. I also loved that I told her, ultimately, I want my boyfriend to design the ring as a surprise and she gave him her contact info to help :) this was also all free and took an hour. It was such a great experience and a great company. Cant wait to see what I will get and Ill be sure to come back for more
