5 /5 Tessa Pulido: I had an amazing experience working with Emily!! I had an idea of an engagement ring design, but Emily brought it to life (pic attached)! Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)

She was great at helping us decide on the changes to make this one of a kind ring and we could not be happier. People are speechless when they see it saying it is stunning. The quality and craftsmanship are incredible and I feel so lucky to have such a gorgeous ring. My fiancé lovingly placed it on my finger proudly smiles when people are amazed by its unique beauty. Ana will always be part of the designing of this symbol of our love. Thank you Ana and Frank Darling!

Audrey was hugely helpful and communicative in helping me realize my chosen design and pairing. The level of service I received was truly personal and the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the rings themselves is exceptional- they feel like one-of-a-kind pieces. My partner absolutely loves them, and I owe that to Frank Darling. Could not recommend more!

From the moment I walked into Frank Darling in SF, everything just felt different in the best way! Caleb Lane has already been amazing to work with. He’s incredibly communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire experience fun and stress free. He followed up promptly after our appointment and made me feel genuinely excited about the process.
