5 /5 Amit Dubey: Absolutely amazing experience buying one of my favorite watches (vintage date just Rolex). I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. The biggest reason I ended up buying was because of how impressed I was with her craft! Thanks a lot Carol! Looking forward to adding few more to my collection from you and the team

5 /5 ROSE PACULT: What an amazing place!!!! The range in items is almost as fantastic as the knowledgeable team member helping to find the perfect jewelry opportunity to take home. Meeting the associate Cynthia Wu made my week! I went in for two gifts for my MIL to be and Mom. My budget was strict and Cynthia was beyond gracious with her knowledge of the jewelry the Gleim Palo Alto store had to assist me in both finding the most exquisite Tiffany pieces to take home within the fiscal framework I required!! I am so touched by the time spent making my visit there more special by cleaning and gift wrapping the jewelry, and the attention to detail down to the asking of which color of bow I would like was awesome:) this may have been a small purchase to some but to me it means everything to show care on to each moment on an individual, personal level that is filled with the same respect and justice to the largest and most generous, expensive gift to be had. Cynthia at the Gleim Jewelery store in Palo Alto very much had this influence on me. I hope if you find this review, you know you going to have a better day if you include a visit to this exquisite and historical place. The jewelry is priceless with such an invaluable team working there! I also learned a lot about Palo Alto history and fun facts about the jewelry industry. It was so great and for some reason feels like the fastest visit to a store ever. I went to four jewelers in Stanford Shopping Mall before going to Gleim’s because no one before this store listened carefully to me until I spoke to Cynthia and had my day turn for the better.

5 /5 Lori M: We worked with Vittoria to design my engagement ring using a family heirloom diamond. She was incredibly communicative, very responsive and worked with us closely to create a beautiful design. She took elements of rings I liked and shared with us a design she drew by hand. She then worked quickly to get us a 3D model to try on before finalizing the design. Through every step of the process she was attentive to feedback to ensure the ring was exactly what I wanted. It turned out beautifully! We couldnt have asked for a better designer or smoother process.

5 /5 Charlie Racz: Gleim is the best. Their staff are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The service they provided us was just excellent. I recommend the Los Altos location! Great vibe in the store, and a really personal experience for custom designs. Ask for Nicole, Sherry, and Carolina. They took such good care of us through the consultation and design process, and they had a remarkably quick turnaround for our custom pieces. We will be coming back here for a long time.

I had some very difficult parameters, and he was able to source a stone and a setting for a ring that were unlike anything anyone else in the industry was able to find. I spoke to stores and jewelers across the country, and Hank and Gleim were the only ones able to pull through. I highly recommend working with Gleim, and Hank in particular, for any jewelry matters. Their patience, expertise, experience, and customer service will impress even the most discerning buyer.
