Monica Vu I absolutely adore this store. All the pieces are so unique. I’m usually more of a Cartier girl, but I love to mix in exciting and special pieces from independent designers. Georgia helped me, and she is so sweet and welcoming. I feel so lucky that I live by one of the Broken English boutiques! I’ve followed the brand on Instagram for a few years and was so excited to visit an in-person store when I discovered it was near me in LA!!

Jennifer Okland Neil is the only jeweler that we work with, even after moving away from Menlo Park. The jewelry is, of course, beautiful; but the customer service is what makes this place shine. If more stars were possible Id give 100!

Mitchell Perry My (now) fiancé and I came in knowing nothing about custom jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter) or what we wanted except for our idea of wanting to design custom engagement cuffs/bracelets for each other instead of engagement rings. From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do something a little different (even if you don’t know what yet!)… this team will take the time and dedication to get you to a final product you will love.

Cecilia Wu John has been so amazing to work with! I had two loose diamonds that needed settings and he managed to make both designs come to life. He was able to size both rings fit perfectly in the first try and Ive gotten many compliments! John was extremely patient in the process and prices are more than reasonable for its craftsmanship and labor. I highly recommend him, truly in awe of his talent! Service and attention to detail is top notch!
