sara ulloa Such a fun experience! We were able to take our time picking our pieces. All the staff was incredibly nice. Nicole helped us the most. From checking out to pick up. She was so nice and made our whole experience even better. She adjusted our necklaces many times and moved our charms around with no hesitation. Lisa Eichler Very cute trendy boutique and is geared toward young ladies and Im on the other end, an aging boomer. However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didnt find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!

Michelle B I will go on saying that I barely do reviews and mostly positive ones when I can. Prices are beyond more reasonable than other piercings parlors which is why I go there if I have to when it comes to saving money. It comes down to just eh customer service. I understand customer service is difficult, I just to worked as one but these associates often come off as irritated. They are barely helpful when it comes to needing help in figuring out sizes. Everytime I go, they make me feel stupid. A simple greeting is hard to get from them as well, most of the time, I come out feeling like a burden. I understand that you need a general understanding of piercings, but I am sure there are beginners that reluctant to ask for help with the general unkind mood coming from the associates. Overall good prices but not the best customer service.

Shelby Maderr I came here with my mom to get jewelry for my sister’s engagement. There was a large selection of quality pieces to choose from and we found everything we were looking for!! We have been here a couple more times since then and each time we were always treated like family! The jewelry pieces are beautiful and are truly amazing quality. evelyn caballero Came in to Jared (Roseville branch) for some ring maintenance (prong tightening). I expected to have to leave my ring overnight but Victor Villarreal went above and beyond. He actually made sure my ring prongs were tightened l while I looked around the store! I am so satisfied, this is my new go to jewelry store for sure!
