Francisco Licea Worked primarily with their online system/customer service which has been great. Ordered a completely custom engagement ring for my fiancé with their team’s iterative help. Service was polite, insightful and prompt. The in-store customer service was helpful and polite as well. Provided all the insight to order our wedding bands and helped offer a teacher’s discount. Cem was a great help and very kind. Honestly, do great work and provide a great quality product.

Oscar Flores Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

I am currently settling my mom’s estate and visited Sethi for information about my mom’s prior purchases. Pratima and Prerna were exceptionally gracious and kind. Both are exceedingly knowledgeable about their products, the designers, and jewelry in general. Both women posses a keen sense of integrity and truly take an interest in their customers. Mr.Pottsible Gemma Jewelers was a life saver for me!! They worked quickly to solve an engraving error on watches I bought for my wedding. In some ways it felt like an impossible task but they did such a great job. Will be back if I need to buy some new pieces or help with engravings again.

Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.
