1 /5 Liz Cabrel S: Walked in today and asked for a change of watch battery for one I never wore yet. The guy was welcoming and offered to change it for 15 bucks. I waited around 15 min. After that the guy told me he could not do the work as the back was really hard to open. And as I see the back it had several scratches on it. I asked what happened and he said maybe I did some scratches but you can go to Ken Jewerly as they have the correct tools to open it. I was shocked but I know some people would not take responsibility of their acts. I confirmed that today. It is not enough to be kind to customers, you need to be honest and take responsibility of your actions. I am sorry but I would not recommend to bring your watches there.

5 /5 Ximena Gasca: My wedding rings needed to be resized and I took them to Latin Jewelers and Im impressed with their work! First, they gave me several options and made good recommendations. Second, they had my rings ready a few days prior to when they said they were going to have them ready. The rings fit great now, and they cleaned and polished them and theyre beautiful! Lastly, they have nice jewelry for sale too and theyre prices are really good. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Manan Bhatt: Watch Service Review: Took my MK watch for battery replacement, quick and easy fix. It started working right away however I noticed that chronograph button stopped working after the battery service. I took my watch back and explained the situation to the team. They immediately took care of the issue very professionally. There was a minor latch which got off little somehow from its original place thus it stopped working. They fixed it right away even though they dont service MK watches. Great experience, and very professional services they offer. I would highly recommend this place for the watch services.

The store is beautiful, well priced and will take care of you honestly. From buying jewelry, to getting jewelry fixed I have always been able to count on them. Anytime I call or come in for a special occasion they they take good care of us and provide us with personal and friendly service.
