Theyre not pushy or snobby like many other retail stores and they always greet you and are very helpful if you do have questions. They always have good deals, usually 60-70% off or some bundle kind of thing. This time it was with christians good help that we purchased a nice white bag. Weve been to other coach stores but this one has a wider selection of products.

I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious.
