Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.

Miyashiro Josephin I trust this place with my watches. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They know the inner workings of all brands, even the ones they dont carry... I brought my Wrestling digital in and they fixed it for me.... And their prices for minor repairs and batteries are the best Ive encountered in CA. I take exception with the one review that criticized their customer service. I have had only pleasant encounters over the years. Perhaps customers get upset when their watches cant be repaired or cost more than they expect to fix, but the owner handles her customer fairly.....

Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. It was a strange shopping experience, but Renee made it a quick and easy transaction!! Were very happy that the Pandora store was open with this service available, Thanks

Ring was gorgeous, they sent a wax model for approval once they were done, and then once the real ring was made it was secretly given to my bf so that he could propose.

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness. Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.
