Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

Ben Jones There’s nowhere else in San Francisco I would go to get jewelry. Pieces are beautiful, unique, and extremely high quality—usually handmade (I think either in house or by local artists). On top of that, the staff are incredible. Not only clearly experts in their craft and super professional, they are the nicest people you could hope to meet. I found out about Fiat Lux by walking in with my dog, and they were super nice to her, and always have treats! She now loves her visits to Fiat Lux, and I’ve already had piercings there (a painless and comfortable experience) and consider them my go-to place for jewelry. Cannot recommend them enough!

Melanie Guralnick Ive been a customer of Tiffanys for 35 years, typically shopping at the South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills location. I had not stopped into my local store in the desert before until yesterday, which was an oversight on my part. The store was elegant and airy with lots of natural light from the large windows, something that was missing in Costa Mesa. (although I was told it was recently expanded, so perhaps it looks different now) I liked the layout of the showroom as it was purposefully uncluttered with lots of space to navigate the showcases. I was fortunate to work with a sales person by the name of Cynthia, who was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and was easy to chat with. That goes a long way with me. The selection of jewelry was more modest than the other 2 stores I mentioned, but there was a 4 carat solitaire ring that was pretty spectacular. I would recommend shopping this store when visiting El Paseo.

R MarKC I was searching for a tungsten ring for my newlywed nephew to wear on his wedding day and found this jewelry shop inside the Moreno Valley Mall. Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. If I ever need to buy jewelry and I’m in the area, I would absolutely return, excellent service like that is hard to find!

Zach W. Lauren custom made an absolutely perfect engagement ring for us. She carefully listened to every detail I could think of about my fiancée’s style, and helped me incorporate a Tahoe themed mountainscape with a family heirloom stone, plus she sourced an additional two matching stones. Overall the experience was a 10/10, and when I proposed, she said yes!

L. F. BEE-UTIFUL Store and delightful owner/ gentleman behind the counter. Aside from all the gorgeous merchandise, the man behind the counter was so lovely!! Ironically he and his now wife were in the same area during their college years, not far from where we currently live. They spent years there while his wife was in school and he worked. The store is fabulous, huge selection and gorgeous craftsmanship!! Can’t wait to go back!!
