Although I wasnt certain about my ideal choice, I shared some initial ideas, and they skillfully tailored the consultation to focus on designs that reflected my preferences.
Throughout the process, the team did not push me toward any specific options or over my budget; instead, they allowed me to feel confident in my decisions. Once I chose a design, they ensured that I had the opportunity to approve the 3D models of the ring. I was even able to request a few final adjustments after our meeting.
