I recently got my engagement ring repaired and asked them to have it done within a week and they were very obliging and eager! They got it done right on time and the work was beautiful. I highly recommend stopping here if youre looking for unique and high quality jewelry.

As someone with limited knowledge about rings, I greatly appreciated the guidance provided by Jenny and her team. They made me feel comfortable discussing various designs, including band styles and diamond cuts. Although I wasnt certain about my ideal choice, I shared some initial ideas, and they skillfully tailored the consultation to focus on designs that reflected my preferences. Throughout the process, the team did not push me toward any specific options or over my budget; instead, they allowed me to feel confident in my decisions. Once I chose a design, they ensured that I had the opportunity to approve the 3D models of the ring. I was even able to request a few final adjustments after our meeting. The communication during the creation of the ring was excellent. Any questions or concerns I had regarding the cost or design were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Overall, my experience as a first-time (hopefully last) engagement ring shopper was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Diamonds Forever to anyone in search of similar services. We came in without an appointment and were able to walk out with two rings the same day (engagement ring and wedding band). Not only did we find the perfect ring (and they have a huge selection), but they were even able to rush the resizing to accomodate our needs. Knowing how they design their own rings in house also made the entire experience feel that much more special and unique. Thank you to the diamonds forever team! He said it was an amazing experience when he went to pick it out, and he was able to customize it exactly how he wanted. We went back together to get it resized and they resized it really quickly for me. Jenny was helping us throughout the entire process and she was so amazing to work with. I definitely recommend coming here!! They have an incredible selection and they help make the experience very special!
