She was incredibly sweet and professional throughout the whole process. One of my daughter’s bracelets came off shortly after, but Dylan got us in right away and handled it with care and kindness. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.
