Nancy and her staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship feels timeless. He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Santos This place is a chaotic gem if you like bargain hunting. It’s full of small booths selling everything from clothes and jewelry to phone accessories. Don’t expect luxury, but you’ll definitely find deals. Some vendors are open to haggling. Its not for everyone, but I always enjoy the energy and variety here.
