JCPenney - El Centro (CA)

1 /5 Johanna Loza: Hello I apologize for my poor English but I will try my best to explain my situation. My son is an employee of JCPenney El Centro California today we had a bad and scary experience at our local hospital. JCPenney in El Centro CA, central Air Conditioner unit has been broken since the summer began. All employees including my son have been suffering heat exhaustion and they don’t even provide water to the employees. Because working in this conditions my son was hospitalized today he had a heat stroke after work due to dehydration. Please I ask corporate to help them with this situation this could be turn into a worst scenario. Thank you

1 /5 Santiago De-lira: When we spent hundreds of dollars in this store a lady screamed at us saying “the carts don’t leave the store” we had over 6 bags to carry to our car. Unacceptable.

3 /5 Jeff Eppenger: My wife and I used to really like going to JCPenney to get work attire for my wife but it seems lately they have really downgraded their clothesline and the store just seems like a big Kmart to us now Not that thats a very bad thing but when youre paying higher prices for higher quality products and not getting it it makes you want to go to a different place.

5 /5 Lorraine Caballero: I had such a good experience today with this lovely lady in the upstairs department. Her name is Mariana. & my husband and I were looking for some last minute things we needed. she was beyond helpful. & even when she knew the store didn’t have many options of what we needed she checked the availability of it everywhere she could. Gave us options. She went out of her way for us and we’re very grateful for her! She is awesome!
