1 /5 Lae Phongsavath: Review is not about the jewelry because I was never able to see it, but it’s about the customer service. I wanted to buy little dainty earrings for a friends baby and wanted at least 21k. My friend recommended me looking at this place. Google says this place closes at 6. So during my lunch break I raced there and got there at 5:30. Upon arriving I rung the door bell and was met up by a woman. She said they had to close early due to a couple of call outs. So I said okay, I’ll come back tomorrow. I ask her what time they’ll be open tomorrow and she tells me 11. Ok so the next day I pack up my two babies and haul them to the other side of town, they’re located on the other side of town from me, about a 35-40 min drive. Upon arriving and ringing the doorbell I stated I came to check out some earrings. It was the same lady from yesterday. She said, do you have an appointment? I said I didn’t and she said it’s appointment only. So my riff was if it was by appointment only why not tell me yesterday so I didn’t have to waste my time, that’s not good customer service in my opinion. Ended up buying some earrings from AIQUDS on cedar and herndon instead. At least they let me take a look, and were very accommodating
