Once I came to pick up the necklace, it looked as if it was brand new and nothing even happened to it. I wish I had a picture of what it looked like before to show what a difference there is. Barbara Glenn I still love JCPennys although there are a few things that they could do better. Their opening hours are 11AM while Kohks is 9AM. My elderly mother needed to rest, and they have no places for a person to sit, even near the fitting rooms. They only had one checkstand open while there were several people waiting to pay for their merch, even though you could see more than a few staff milling around. I wish their household dept was a little bigger, but the clothing selections are great. I like being able to try things on and feel the fabrics. All and all I will continue to shop Pennys,
