I walked in and was immediately greeted, made me feel like I was family. I took my wifes ring for repair and to get a good cleaning, they left it looking better than when I purchased it. Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams. We will be using Charles Koll/Lacey for our wedding bands & any future jewelry we need!!

California Livin Had the most amazing experience in the store yesterday!! The people who work there are so amazing!!! My husband got me a beautiful engagement ring and we got him and new band. They had the ring resized in 30 mins! Highly recommend
