From our first text messages, he pay attention to what I was looking for and in our first appointment, he spent two hours with me going through different styles and rings, asking what I liked and didnt like. My engagement ring turned out to be so much better then I thought it would, and that is thanks to Kevins detailed work. If you are looking to design custom jewelry, this is the place to go! Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!

Miyashiro Josephin I trust this place with my watches. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They know the inner workings of all brands, even the ones they dont carry... I brought my Wrestling digital in and they fixed it for me.... And their prices for minor repairs and batteries are the best Ive encountered in CA. I take exception with the one review that criticized their customer service. I have had only pleasant encounters over the years. Perhaps customers get upset when their watches cant be repaired or cost more than they expect to fix, but the owner handles her customer fairly.....

Wayne S They installed a watch battery in my wifes watch but when the watch proved defective for other reasons, they did not charge me for the battery or their time. I would definitely recommend Borell Jackson Jewelry.
