Andrea Daugherty Bought my God daughter a necklace for her quince and it ended up being a bit short. Came back and saw their no exchanges sign and was a bit discouraged. Explained what happened to the guy helping us, that we just wanted a longer version of the chain and he was happy to allow us to pay the difference. Really appreciate how easy he made this for us. morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. She made me feel very confident and happy with my purchase and kept me confident the entire time. I love my new ring & I greatly appreciated the two ladies who helped me today. Thank you both! ❤️

Seth Boone This is easily the best jewelry store in Redding. I have been coming here for years to get my girlfriend and daughter their jewelry. The staff is very friendly, and super helpful. They have a wide selection, so you will be able to find just the right piece. Last Christmas I was able to get my daughter a beautiful topaz ring for her birthstone at a great price. She loves it. This year I am going to find a pendant to go with it. If you are shopping for jewelry, I would definitely stop here.
