5 /5 Brian B: **Eddie is the Real Deal – Honest, Experienced, and Truly There for You!** If youre looking for a trustworthy jeweler who knows the business inside and out, **go see Eddie at the Jewelry Mart in Fullerton**. He’s located at the **second entrance from the right (out of four)**—right in the **middle-right section**—and hes the **first guy to the right** as you walk in. I got my wife’s **engagement ring and wedding band** with Eddie, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience. From the moment we started describing what we wanted, you could tell he had years of experience. He knew exactly what we were talking about and brought our vision to life without any pressure or upselling. **Eddie is a true professional**. He gave me an **amazing deal—better than anything we found elsewhere—and delivered exactly when he said he would**. What really stood out was his honesty. He wasn’t in it to make the most money—he was in it to help us find the perfect ring, and he did just that. I’ve been searching my whole life for a jeweler like this—and now I’ve got my guy. 5 /5 Norma Martinez: Jenny has the first shop to the right, when you go in on the left door of the entrance facing Sprouts. Im not sure how many entrances there are, but I want to be specific because theres so many different shops. Jenny was so incredibly helpful and patient. We were shopping for my soon-to-be-brother in law. We were looking for a gem stone. Jenny clarified that gem stones can get milky after a while, and that you can get them cleaned up and refreshed. However, the gems stones (with the exception of emeralds, rubies, pink sapphires, and another 1 or 2 I forgot the names of) all tend to get milky and are very hard to keep sparkly. We really liked the morganites, but decided to go with a blue diamond, to avoid the milky problem. I have a morganite, and I love it! But I can vouch for the milky problem too. It is very hard to keep clean and even when I clean it, it gets dirty right away. I didnt know it was a thing until she told me. Another great thing about the experience is that she took back the original ring he got from her (an amethyst) , and he basically got store credit to design a new ring. She said it takes 2-3 weeks, but she could have it sooner if he needed it. It was just a great experience. She showed us option after option. The customization is wonderful. And she very warm, caring, and genuine.
