The price just can’t be beat! I highly recommend this jeweler. There are so many beautiful antiques in this shop as well. Erik was informative and professional. Melanie Guralnick Ive been a customer of Tiffanys for 35 years, typically shopping at the South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills location. I had not stopped into my local store in the desert before until yesterday, which was an oversight on my part. The store was elegant and airy with lots of natural light from the large windows, something that was missing in Costa Mesa. (although I was told it was recently expanded, so perhaps it looks different now) I liked the layout of the showroom as it was purposefully uncluttered with lots of space to navigate the showcases. I was fortunate to work with a sales person by the name of Cynthia, who was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and was easy to chat with. That goes a long way with me. The selection of jewelry was more modest than the other 2 stores I mentioned, but there was a 4 carat solitaire ring that was pretty spectacular. I would recommend shopping this store when visiting El Paseo.

I love the quality of the jewelry, if you’re ever looking for quality and reasonably priced jewelry come here and talk with Shayla. Eddie chung Today, I came back to Hung Phat to sell back my diamonds and earrings that I purchased from the store. Before when I bought the earrings, I was informed that I can sell back the stone with the high quality that I purchased, I was also instructed with proper care for the earrings. I met Nhu Y and she helped me to inspect the stone again and the process went easy and smoothly. Everything was accordingly to how she informed me when I first purchased it. Now I’m saving more to come back and buy a bigger one!

Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time.
