Billy is an expert and was a pleasure to work with I’ve had some things come up and was making the process harder but Billy was very accommodating and understanding. So happy with my ring and I get compliments on it all the time!

Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Thank you so much Carrie.

Blake Crosby I’ve been here twice, and both times been impressed. Staff is extremely friendly, and he was patient enough to help me make a custom bracelet for my best friend. The creativity, care, and customer service was very worth paying here for both times!!

francis kast The woman running this wonderful watch store on Sundays is just a delight and super helpful and friendly. The prices for replacing a watch battery are the best around. They have a good selection of watch brands to choose from if you are interested in buying a new watch. The prices for watches are very good. This store is located in the Inland center right by Macys. So if you need a new battery for a loved watch or you are in the market for a new one shop at Watch Works. They can also repair or clean your watch movement as needed. I will be bringing all of my business to this store from now on.

Elena Riemersma If I can give Bravo Jewellers more than 5 stars I would. I came to Bravo to redo my original 30 year anniversary ring that I recently purchased elsewhere. The original setting was failing and I almost lost the center stone. After talking to both Edward and Eugene, we decided to start fresh with a new setting and a more secure design, while sticking close to the tulip setting that I love. Catherine was a huge help during this process and patiently going over the details and changes. I am so excited with the final product. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch. I feel like the stones are more secure in this setting. They met all my expectations with the new design. Bravo to Bravo Jewellers.

Sandra Sustaita Michael and Teresa are very friendly and helpful. Micheal has casted new rings for me and they are beautiful and well designed. No skimping on hollowed out bands. Just nice solid pieces. He’s currently resetting a new diamond for me and about to cast a new ring for my previous diamond. I trust his work 100%
