5 /5 Rachel Ramirez: I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Thank you so much Carrie.

1 /5 Aine Gregory: I’ve gone to this location twice the first time the employee was just rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had something in stock. The second time was yesterday I went in wanting to get a new charm using my birthday reward which I had the email for and the employee that was helping was really nice it was the manager that was rude. My reward wasn’t showing on my account so the employee called the manager over to see if she could pull it up and she was unable to. I understood them not being able to find the reward I work 2 retail jobs so I simply asked how long the reward usually takes to pop up on the account and the manager rudely responded “well I don’t control the system so I don’t know” I was so taken back cuz the attitude came from no where so I said “well have you seen it usually takes a week or something?” and she’s responds with “like I said I don’t control the system” again… which obviously I know she doesn’t I just wanted to know an estimate.. and again work retail I know my stores rewards time frame estimates so it wasn’t a crazy question.

1 /5 Le français: Worst customer service ever! I stopped by in order to exchange a bracelet I had recently bought, just wanted a smaller size, same thing. The associate since the beginning looked unhappy when I stated the purpose of my visit. She seemed was trying to find a reason to not exchange the bracelet. She didn’t take long to call a manager or whatever person in charge. The later lady told me since the bracelet was bought with discount the exchange policy didn’t apply. I understand only final sales are not under the policy, when the bracelet was bought the associate clearly told us we could change if needed. They did not honor it. Bad for the store with this type of so called customer service agent. Never buy again from this particular place.

5 /5 Dennis Dang: My girlfriend and I were helped by an associate named Erick, who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very attentive towards what items we might like. More importantly, he was patient and personable. He took the time to show and suggest several products that we might have interest in. His friendliness and willingness to converse with us made for a wonderful and special experience. Thank you Erick and sorry for a review a few weeks overdue! We really do love the Haunted Mansion, Pirates, and Sailor Mickey charms!

1 /5 Xkorp: Terrible customer service — avoid this location. We visited this Pandora expecting decent service, especially given its location in a major tourist area. Instead, we were met with an employee at the door who clearly didn’t want to help. My wife showed a photo of what she was looking for, and the staff member immediately brushed her off with “that’s out of stock.” She asked about two other items and, without even checking, the response was the same: “out of stock.” The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. No effort, no courtesy, just a cold and unwelcoming vibe from the second we walked in. We were well-dressed and polite—none of it mattered. We ended up going to the South Coast Plaza Pandora instead and had a completely different experience professional, helpful, and respectful staff who actually cared. Honestly, it’s shocking this location is still in business. Needs serious retraining or new management. Do yourself a favor and skip this store.
