Hieu Nguyen I rarely write reviews unless the service or product is truly outstanding or extremely disappointing. In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

Marilyn Suttle my husband bought himself A very beautiful and expensive watch for his Christmas present and he needed links taken out so it would fit his wrist. He wanted a reputable jeweler so we tracked it down this wonderful little shop in Yreka.. He was also in the market to talk to someone that could make a ring for him with a tanzanite stone that he had purchased recently. I know my review is lengthy, but I think it will mean something to those of you that are looking for an expert in all fields of jewelry.. Two hours later with great conversation and designer ideas., We left to return in a few weeks. to pursue the design of the ring, the watch was done in a flash, made to fit. Intrigued by some of the beautiful wedding sets that he displayed we left with a beautiful set for me with a crazy price and hope to return in a few weeks to have it sized. I am a lover of of his beautiful lab, grown gems in lovely settings of course I’m not able to spend large amounts of money on diamonds nor do I need them.. it was like we were friends instantly no pressure and I mean absolutely no pressure, he’s there to help and he’s full service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience today and I have put my ring back in your beautiful little box waiting to bring it back to you to have it sized and soldered together a little too big for me to wear right now, but I can always open the beautiful little box and look at it while I wait for you to make it mine. Max Haughin My girlfriend and I recently stopped by Brilliant Earth to get sized and check out some engagement rings. We did not have an appointment, but were let into the showroom and helped right away by Patrick. Patrick was extremely helpful, funny, and easy to talk to. They understood we were just browsing and didnt attempt to push us to purchase anything. We were a bit underwhelmed with the small inventory of rings and stones to look at, but it is a small showroom and they can only hold so much inventory. The showroom was clean and safe! Overall, it was a nice browsing experience and Patrick taught us a lot.

Jacob Lavoie Highly recommended! The first time we came in was to have a ring that we got from California Numismatic Funding off East Vista Wy. resized (from a 12 to a 7 or 8), cleaned and polished for the big day. John advised us about the condition of the ring and the mounts that the stones were in, we opted to just have it resized, cleaned & polished. Flash forward a bit and one of the stones fell out (our fault NOT Johns) so my wife stopped wearing it till we could afford to get it fixed. Flash forward to a couple weeks ago. We bring the ring in and ask John what we can do to have it fixed and change the center stone. He recommended that the matching stone that hadnt fallen out be replaced with a new one and same for the the one that had. He gave us options for the center, we settled on a sapphire CZ (my wife and I dont like diamonds). This time John fixed the two side stones mounts and the middle stones mounts, a cleaning & polish. The ring is now absolutely beautiful and my wife and I love it.

Mitchell Perry My (now) fiancé and I came in knowing nothing about custom jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter) or what we wanted except for our idea of wanting to design custom engagement cuffs/bracelets for each other instead of engagement rings. From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do something a little different (even if you don’t know what yet!)… this team will take the time and dedication to get you to a final product you will love.

Conner Cherland Gene repaired my late grandpas watch - an Omega from the 70s that was worn down (to say the least). Gene was fast, professional, and kind and Ill definitely be returning for service.
