She provides great care when doing the process, she has the cutest packaging, and the quality of the jewelry is better than anything else i have had. I also have very sensitive skin and have had no irritation or anything from the jewelry I have got. I definitely recommend getting any pieces of permanent jewelry from Janxco! Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. Amy I truly can’t say enough nice things about this place. I had some new lobe piercings done and it was easy and painless with great jewelry options. The real greatness came when I went in to ask if I should change out the jewelry in my daith I had done at another shop in town that was refusing to heal. They got me fitted with a gorgeous new ring and wouldn’t you know, two weeks later it already looks and feels better than it had for the last eight months! Everyone here is so nice, the jewelry is gorgeous, and they know their stuff. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
