Spencer Family We had a fabulous experience at Joe Escobar. JP was amazing. He sensed my style right away and did not lead me astray. The work we had done took time and JP kept us informed during the entire process. We brought in 3 diamond rings, had the diamonds taken out and put into an earrings and necklace set, then had 3 new stones put into the original rings to make a mother’s ring. All turned out beautiful. Would definitely go back to Joe Escobar and work with JP again.

Jacob Lavoie Highly recommended! The first time we came in was to have a ring that we got from California Numismatic Funding off East Vista Wy. resized (from a 12 to a 7 or 8), cleaned and polished for the big day. John advised us about the condition of the ring and the mounts that the stones were in, we opted to just have it resized, cleaned & polished. Flash forward a bit and one of the stones fell out (our fault NOT Johns) so my wife stopped wearing it till we could afford to get it fixed. Flash forward to a couple weeks ago. We bring the ring in and ask John what we can do to have it fixed and change the center stone. He recommended that the matching stone that hadnt fallen out be replaced with a new one and same for the the one that had. He gave us options for the center, we settled on a sapphire CZ (my wife and I dont like diamonds). This time John fixed the two side stones mounts and the middle stones mounts, a cleaning & polish. The ring is now absolutely beautiful and my wife and I love it.

We brought it in 2 days before our wedding and they repaired it within a day and made it a whole size bigger. While we were in they were all so kind and personable and even shined my ring for me! Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.
