5 /5 Hieu Nguyen: I rarely write reviews unless the service or product is truly outstanding or extremely disappointing. In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

5 /5 Janae Sedeno: Unintentionally stumbled upon this store while shopping in the area. My boyfriend had been meaning to bring me in to find out what I like. I had no clue myself. Sara made the entire process effortless. I never once felt pushed into buying something we didn’t want. In fact, I felt so comfortable in the decision we made, we will be back for more. I highly recommend Sara and this location in Irvine.

5 /5 marie sibrie: So to give a little background I smashed my hand in a window with one of my rings on. And let me tell you it was SMASHED and I didn’t think it could be fixed! Jeremy greeted me from the very start and was so nice. He let me know they would fix the ring to the best of their abilities and it should look close to brand new. So here I am now with my ring back in mint condition. With that being I’m also getting married next August and we’re currently looking at rings. Jeremy was so patient and told of everything about all the rings we picked out. He has a lot of knowledge. As someone who is also in customer service I appreciate your patience and willingness to help a clumsy person not only fix a ring but pick out the one that’ll last me the rest of my life. Moral of the story ??? Jeremy is awesome and I’m very thankful you have taken so much time for Corey and I. We will definitely be back !
