The process was so easy and fun and now my boyfriend knows my exact dream ring to get when he is ready! I recommend going in because what I thought I wanted was actually changed because in person viewing is very different than online. Definitely make an appointment to go in and take a look because it’s worth it!

Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Melanie Guralnick Ive been a customer of Tiffanys for 35 years, typically shopping at the South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills location. I had not stopped into my local store in the desert before until yesterday, which was an oversight on my part. The store was elegant and airy with lots of natural light from the large windows, something that was missing in Costa Mesa. (although I was told it was recently expanded, so perhaps it looks different now) I liked the layout of the showroom as it was purposefully uncluttered with lots of space to navigate the showcases. I was fortunate to work with a sales person by the name of Cynthia, who was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and was easy to chat with. That goes a long way with me. The selection of jewelry was more modest than the other 2 stores I mentioned, but there was a 4 carat solitaire ring that was pretty spectacular. I would recommend shopping this store when visiting El Paseo.

David at Gold Star has helped me bring my visions to life for beautiful jewelry to commemorate my babies. Highly, highly, highly recommend visiting them for all your jewelry needs, but especially push presents or sentimental gifts. David has been professional, kind, fair, creative, and just, in general, has great taste. I do not plan to buy commercial jewelry from here on out — I’ll just ask Gold Star to source / make everything for me. Support a small, talented, local business instead of going straight to a big chain or online retailer — I promise you they’ll exceed expectations.

Alex Hopkins Came in to have a ring I ordered online resized after I made a mistake measuring my size. Frank was very friendly and helpful, we worked out the correct size and was offered a perfectly reasonable price for the work. To top it off, less than an hour later their jewler had the ring reduced to the correct size with no visible solder joints or damage. I would definitley come back and would recomend them anyone in the area looking for repairs on their jewlery.
