5 /5 Benjamin Beckner: Truong to the rescue! We had a custom engagement ring that we wanted to put a new, larger diamond in for our 20 year anniversary. We went back to the original jeweler that made the ring and they messed up and ended up destroying the ring. After 8 months and 6 tries they were unable to recreate the original ring. We reached out to Truong, and within a few weeks he was not only able to recreate the original ring, but make subtle improvements on it. Now it looks better than ever! We will be eternally grateful to Truong.

5 /5 Andrew Robbins: My fiancé and I went to Truong with an old family engagement ring in need of repair. He consulted with us and talked through what our options were as far as repair or recasting. During the process, he gave us fair advice and didnt push us in one direction or the other. When we eventually decided to recast the ring, he worked with us to create an updated design that preserved the original rings style while reinforcing particularly delicate elements that caused wear issues in the original design. We were really impressed by how Truong asked detailed questions, listened to our needs, and came up with the perfect design. He is very professional and clearly loves his craft. We are stunned by and so happy with how amazing the recast ring looks, and the way he preserved our cherished family heirloom.
