Maggie C What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.

Charlie Squire Lovely and super helpful experience! My (now) fiancé proposed with an 115-year-old antique ring he had purchased in Berlin, and it needed to be resized. Peter was able to both resize the ring and identify some structural issues that were corrected. Everything was clear, done quickly, and even came in under the price estimate! Will certainly be returning the next time I am in need of a jeweler.

Leah B As a long time local, I’ve been shopping at the store for years. It’s an amazing family owned business with the most wonderful service and the quirkiest, awesome selection of merchandise. My young adult/teenage kids and their friends have stopped in there and shopped many many times, the owners are always wonderful and engaging with them. Having been part of a family owned business, I know how hard it can be to run a business in this corporate world. In a society where we can make or break somebody with a good or bad review. I think people should have better communication in our community before going after a business owner. Support our local businesses, and understand that situations are not always as clearcut as you may think. I will be recommending, as I always have that anybody should shop here for the most unique gifts, fun items for your home and awesome clothes!! But of course always be kind, and teach our children the same ✌️

Every time Im in the area, I make an effort to stop by and I always feel so welcome. Its not just a store—they really make you feel like part of the family, even though I am a newer client. This past weekend was no exception and truly set the bar high for me. I would expect nothing less now, and it feels like I found my new home. I had first learned about Kerns Jewelers as a sponsor for the local Hillsborough Concours (Im a huge car nut), and with many of my friends and clients being active attendees and participants over the last few years, I knew I was in the right place. Josette, Mingyi, and Eric are absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgable and respectful team. The entire staff is incredibly hospitable each time I pay a visit. Eric especially went out of his way to meet with me during my last visit this past weekend, and I never once felt any pressure during any previous visits. The team made it super easy to sell a few old pieces I wasnt wearing anymore. The service is truly top-notch and unparalleled. What really stood out was how their genuine interest in my needs led to an easy and natural conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like a real friendship. I felt they took my inquiries seriously and noted everything accordingly. As a business owner (albeit not in a relevant industry), I know how important it is to build genuine relationships with people. The way Eric’s team has conducted business - they’ve completely nailed it. The service was so commendable that I cant even imagine going anywhere else now. I even got to try on some of the few pieces that I liked. Its easy to see why all my friends, colleagues, and even clients speak so highly about this place. Im delighted I found my home and look forward to building a long term relationship with the Kerns family. Im also excited to pay their new Patek boutique in the city a visit one of these days. Jimmy Diaz I brought my wifes engagement ring here because the biggest diamond of them all fell off. They did not only fix it, but they also reinforced all the other diamonds and polished it, making the white gold shine like never before. They also did it three days earlier than expected.
