We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.
