He knew his inventory well so if I asked for different sizes and cuts he got them immediately. Their lab-grown diamonds are high quality compared to other stores, colorless, VS2 for studs. White gold settings. Other styles available. I was pleased with the selection. They offer hassle-free price matching and that makes me confident in buying from this store in the future. They were upfront and honest, no weird sales tactics. All certificates were included. Checkout was just 3 minutes. I loved it!

I went with no knowledge or any expectations of a specific ring. Sean helped me out and he gave me knowledge on the traditional rings and what people usually go for. He was very patient and knowledgable he made sure I was extremely satisfied with my option I came in over 3 times before confirming and each time he treated me with lots of respect and didn’t force or rush me into something I didn’t want he only cared about my happiness and satisfaction of the ring. I asked him to show me about 15-20 diamond bands and he did it with pleasure. He wasnt trying to upsell me or rush me. I told him my budget and he worked with me to chose the best diamond band for the best price. Btw, yesterday - Feb 24 they had Up to 70% off sale and I got it. I bought the band for a very nice price! Paul also asked the jeweler to resize the band (from 4.5 to 3.7) in 90 mins for free. He also gave me a life warranty. The band is just perfectly matches my engagement ring. I visited 9 jewelry stores in San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose and what I can say is "The Diamond Ring Co Valley Fair" is the best one. PS.
