5 /5 Andrea Jackson: I have been coming to Helzberg Diamonds for years because I love the quality and beauty of all their jewelry. I came in on my anniversary and Mary assisted us as she has before. In the past I have purchased other items. Mary is so helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Mary assisted and showed me different options. I was soooo happy walking or should I say, skipping out of Helzberg with my new beautiful upgraded Diamond ring! My husband and I were so pleased! Especially me! I think the food court heard my excitement when I left! Thank you Mary and Helzberg associates for another beautiful experience. I will definitely be back!

1 /5 Jennifer Luna: Don’t go here!! This place is not to be trusted with valuable pieces of jewelry! We’ve been back and forth after dropping off my wedding ring for maintenance since February 2025. Lies continue to be told, and excuses from manager Bryan are being made consistently. We were told our ring would be ready by March and never received a call. We had to make the calls multiple times, and each time they gave us an excuse as to why the ring wasn’t ready. Fast forward a few months, now July they claim the ring was “lost” by UPS and they haven’t taken any accountability in this situation. It is really upsetting that this has happened and to them it doesn’t seem to be a big deal. This ring means a lot to us and Helzberg has made no effort to give the ring or a replacement back. We are the ones who constantly keep reaching out (they have not made an effort at all to be the ones to contact us). We are devastated! As the months go on we still have no answers and get more upset each day. It is frustrating and heartbreaking, and hope that Helzberg is able to replace the ring. I hope to get answers and hope that the company takes accountability. My ring was taken from me, a special ring that meant so much to me; it was given to me with love. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you don’t want your jewelry STOLEN!

Raul explained everything you need to know about diamonds and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for in an engagement ring. Mary then worked her magic and hand customized my absolute dream ring! We selected an incredible loose diamond and Mary even had us look at it under a microscope. Absolutely brilliant! I am beyond happy with the experience and service provided. Can’t stop getting compliments on my ring! Thank you!!
