We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! This is why we love to SHOP LOCAL!! Thank you James & team!

Paul was upfront about pricing and their markup; this was refreshing as most jewelers do not disclose this information. Paul described the process of selecting a loose stone and he helped me find the perfect diamond! The diamond was 2 color grades and 1 clarity grade higher for the same price I was quoted somewhere else. The engagement ring was delivered on the promised day and I had a chance to review the CAD before the ring was made. Overall, an awesome experience!

Making an appointment was so easy, just call! And I loved the private and quiet shop. They had an amazing selection of original and antique rings. They were so patient and were not pushy at all. I wanted to incorporate an heirloom diamond and we had a great time discussing options. We settled on a 1935 inspired antique ring, but we made some customizations that I love! This is the place to go if you have a love of the art of jewelry making and attention to detail! I truly believe that they can make anything you can dream up, or you can trust their expertise and know you will find something magical.
