Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.

The repair was flawless, and the shine they brought back is insane. You’d never guess it was damaged before. The staff was super friendly and took great care of my piece. She was so patient and knowledgeable about certain rings and diamonds. I had the same ring for 17 years on my finger and it felt like I was going crazy trying to replace it..
